G\u00e5l\u00e5 is located on a mountain plateau at 960m above sea level and boasts some of the country’s best cross-country ski trails, including a 630km network of trails and its own alpine skiing facility. Here you’ll find everything from old mountain huts to modern cabins and apartments with ski in – ski out. In the summer, there are hiking opportunities in all directions and Lake G\u00e5l\u00e5vatnet can tempt you with both fishing and swimming opportunities. At G\u00e5l\u00e5 there are activities for young and old, old and young, both summer and winter. <\/p>\n
